The Coasts for Kids initiative has been shortlisted for the LCR Culture and Creativity Awards. We are in the running for an Impact Award for Environmental Sustainability, which 'celebrates the power and value of culture and creativity to achieve positive outcomes and transformation in environmental sustainability in the Liverpool City Region.'
Our fellow 'nominees' include two wonderful projects, Taking Root in Bootle and Metal Culture. We encourage everyone to check out their fantastic work! It is an honour to share a place in this category with them.
LCR Culture and Creativity Awards are judged by an independent panel made up of the Liverpool Cultural Partnership together with representatives from the Creative and Cultural sector. The winners will be announced in March. There will be a live Awards Ceremony but the event will also include a simultaneous online broadcast... so watch out this space and 'see you' at the Cronton Playhouse in Halton!
